Billy Ray Hall, 60, of Cherry Valley, a U.S. Air Force veteran, died Monday, July 11, 2016. He was born on September 2, 1955 to Cecil and Myrtle (Scott) Hall in Wynne, Arkansas.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Hall of Wynne; daughter, Toni Hall of Jonesboro; son, Sam Hall of Hickory Ridge; brothers, Buddy Hall of Illinois and Timmy Hall of Marion; sisters, Margaret McElroy and Catherine Carter, both of Vanndale, Brenda Brewer of Tennessee, Betty Sanders of Bay Village and Erma Merritt of Wynne; grandchildren, Dominic Smith and Jacey Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held on Saturday, July 16 at 10:00 a.m. at Sharpes Chapel, 2746 Highway 163, Wynne, AR 72396, officiated by Rev. James McElroy.
