Billy McNeely, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on April 24, 2024. He was born on January 14, 1964. . Billy was preceded in death by his parents William and Evelyn McNeely, as well as his loyal dog Izzy.
Billy was known for his introverted nature and strong Christian faith. His hobbies included wood working, building with his hands, riding his motorcycle, enjoying late-night chocolate snacks with his wife Charlotte, watching WWE wrestling, and listening to rock music.
Among his proudest accomplishments, were marrying his wife Charlotte and being a loving father to his children. He cherished family above all else.
Surviving him includes his devoted wife of 28 years, Charlotte McNeely; his brothers, Gary McNeely, Chuck Lawson, Allen Gene Foster, Tony Marrall, and Steve Parsons; as well as his beloved daughters Ashley McNeely and Jodi McNeely. Billy also leaves behind several grandchildren including Ariel Hamner, Nehemiah McNeely, Maverick Crook, and Ethan Mullens. He will be dearly missed by special nieces Paula, Cayce, and Laurynn.
Billy McNeely's impact on those around him was profound and lasting. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Billy's life will be celebrated and honored at the Smith Family Funeral Home in Hot Springs, Arkansas on Saturday, May 04, 2024 at 3:00pm with a visitation an hour prior to the service.
