Billy Louis Kerby, 71, of Clinton passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016. He was born February 2, 1945 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He is survived by his sisters, Linda Goff (Richard), Kathy Seay (Mike) and Pat Joslin; four nephews, three nieces and numerous extended family and friends.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Alton J. and Frances Whitthorne Kerby.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, AR 72210.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 5 at the Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at a later date.
