Billy Fred Gilliland, age 64, of Point Cedar, died Saturday, June 13, 2020.
He was born on March 19, 1956, in Hot Springs, the son of James D. Gilliland and Martha Hampton Gilliland. On September 27, 2001, he married Tamara Franklin Gilliland. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Billy was the owner of Repro-Tiques, which specialized in Model-T Ford gas tanks. He was an avid Razorback fan and he never gave up on them and he was a constant listener to 103.7 The Buzz. Billy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and he will be missed by all that knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Tamara of Point Cedar; two sons, William (Michelle)) Anderson of Mabelvale and Winston (Amanda) Anderson of Greenville, Tennessee; two daughters, Maranda (Billy Hanna) Gilliland and Amanda Rivas, all of Point Cedar; ten grandchildren; two sisters, Peggy Lambert of Point Cedar and Jamie (Bobby) King of Bonnerdale; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of wonderful friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 18, 2020, in the Valley Cemetery, near Point Cedar, with Bro. Bruce Tidwell officiating.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until service time, at Valley Missionary Baptist Church, near Point Cedar, under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
Pallbearers will be Billy Hanna, William Anderson, Winston Anderson, Bobby King, Robby King and Logan Hanna.
Honorary pallbearers will be Drew Hanna, Justin Lambert, Phillip Dobbs, Steven Franklin and John Perry.
