Billy Clark

Billy Joe Clark, 75, of Beebe went home to be with the Lord Saturday, November 7, 2009. Bill was a hardworking, simple man who appreciated the little things in life. On any given day, Bill could be found sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee in one hand and a Lucky Strike in the other. He loved to sit out there and tell stories about life and his family.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Minnie Clark; two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his sister, Betty Steitler of Beebe, his three sons, Joe and Sherry Clark of Siloam Springs, Stuart and Jane Clark of Beebe, and Chris and Renee Clark of McRae and his three daughters, Juanita Bene of Benton, Julie Sutton of Little Rock, and Tina and Vince Rockhill of Kansas. Bill is also survived by nineteen grandkids, numerous great-grandchildren and the mother of his children, Peggy Clark.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 13, 2009, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with cremation to follow.
