Billy Charles Jones, Sr.

Billy Charles Jones, Sr., age 83, of Hot Springs, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019. He was born on December 19, 1935 in Glenwood, the son of Clarence Howard Jones and Hazel Marie Mayberry Jones. On September 9, 1964, he was married to Martha Hibbs. He was preceded in death by two children, Debbie Klein and Rhonda Jones; his grandson, Shane Klein; his parents; two brothers, Donnie Jones and Thomas Jones; and his sister, Sue Zimmerman. A roofer by trade, he owned and operated Billy Jones Roofing Supply. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Martha Jones; two children, Billy Charles Jones, Jr. and Giana Kitchens and her husband, Pete, all of Hot Springs; three grandchildren, Natalie Jones, Alexis Jones and Billy Don Klein; three sisters, Judy Lingelback of Hot Springs, Margaret Rodgers of Magnet Cove and Beverly Funes of Hot Springs; and his nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, December 3, 2019, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs, with Bro. Russell Mace officiating.
