Billy Bobbitt

Billy D. Bobbitt, 81, of North Little Rock passed away Friday, February 15, 2008. He served in the United States Army for 26 years, was a veteran of World War II and the Vietnam War. He was retired from United States Postal Service after 20 years and a member of Levy Church of Christ.
He is survived by four sons, Danny (Peggy) Bobbitt, of San Antonio, Texas, Dave Bobbitt, of North Little Rock, Darren (Jennifer) Bobbitt, of Little Rock and Derrick (Susan) Bobbitt, of Fayetteville; daughter, B.J. Johnson, of North Little Rock; two sisters, Evelyn Fithen and Christine Fortson; ten grandchildren, Laurie, Marcus, Jason, Amanda, Emily, Easton, Alex, Kennedy, Brooklynn and Carington; and two great-grandchildren, Blake and Beckham. He was preceded in death by his wife, of 55 years, Bobbie Bobbitt and his granddaughter, a special angel, Cameron Averitt Bobbitt.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 P.M., Tuesday at Levy Church of Christ. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M., Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
