Jean Reese, 61, of Benton, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Saline Memorial Hospice in Bryant, Arkansas surrounded by her family. Jean was born May 1, 1957 in Hollywood, California to Bill and Ruth Patison.
Jean was a loving wife, mother, and Grammy. Her devotion to her family and friends was a steadfast quality that she gave freely with love. Jean loved to travel and make memories whether it be a weekend in Branson or a trip cruising the Caribbean. Jean worked at the Counseling Clinic of Benton since 2001. There, you would be greeted by her smile and her love of Elvis.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents, Walter and Vera Patison.
Jean is survived by her loving husband of forty-five years, Bob Reese of Benton, Arkansas; children: Shawn Reese of Benton, Arkansas and Brian Reese of Paron, Arkansas; grandson, Seth Reese of Benton, Arkansas; brother, Walter Patison of Nevada; sister, Alice Ambrez and husband Rickardo of Kauai, Hawaii; two beloved dogs, Chloe and Molly; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends who love Jean and will miss her always.
Reception visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00 PM, Thursday, May 17, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton with Memorial service following at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas School for the Deaf.
