Billie J Carter

Billie (Bill Joe) Joseph Carter Sr., age 77, of Conway, passed away November, 11, 2015 at the Heritage Living Center. He was born in Little Rock, Ar. on April 29, 1938 to the late Henry Seldon LaFayette Carter and Mary Francis Imboden Carter. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Mary Ann Carter. Bill Joe was a great story teller. He loved to sit with a pot of coffee and a big smile and tell you a story or two. He would always make sure that you knew it was all the truth. He was also a counselor at the Conway Human Development Center for many years. He is survived by three children, Billie Carter Jr. of Conway, Mary Ann Wilcox of Greenbrier and Michael Wayne Carter of Indianapolis. One brother, James Edward Carter, wife Sandy, and one Sister, Helen Carter French all of Conway.
