Billie Deeter, 81, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011. She was born January 30, 1930 in McKinney, Texas to the late Earl and Mae Evans Corzine. She was a former chairperson of the Reform Party of Arkansas.
She is survived by four sons, Larry, of Sherwood, Edward, Ronald and Dennis Deeter, all of North Little Rock; daughter, Donna Elhumor, of Jacksonville; grandchildren, Paul Deeter, Amir Elhumor, Amber Elhumor, Toby Deeter and Jamie Blakley; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Rebecca Corzine, of Jacksonville and Sharon Moody, of Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Deeter, Sr., son, James W. Deeter, Jr.; and two brothers, Russell and Gerald Corzine.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m., until service time Tuesday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
