Billie Jean Asbille

Billie Jean (B.J.) Asbille went to Heaven on April 20, 2023.  Born in El Reno, Oklahoma, she graduated as Valedictorian of her class at El Reno High. B.J. also studied at the University of Oklahoma.

She married her husband, Jim Asbille, in 1989. She was able to serve many roles in Jim’s family, as a daughter to his mother, Gladys, mother to his two daughters, Kathy Marshall and Amy Bagley, grandma to his three grandchildren, Hannah Bagley Wright, Hayden Bagley and Christopher Marshall, and Gigi to her great-granddaughter, Lilah Wright. She also enjoyed being a “sister” to Jim’s four cousins.

B.J. spent her life working in the business world in the fields of Management and Accounting. She retired at age 71 and spent her retirement years with her beloved friends at The Manor in Little Rock.

Memorial Services will be Saturday, April 29 at 11:00 a.m. at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. Please make donations to honor B.J. to The Manor Assisted Living Facility, 1401 Labelle Dr., Little Rock, AR 72204.
