Bill Wasson
Bill Wasson, 88, of North Little Rock, passed away Friday, May 6, 2011. He was born December 30, 1922 in Mooringsport, Louisiana to the late Homer and Vera Stanley Wasson. He was of the Baptist faith. Bill was co-owner of Wasson Hardware and worked for Stanley Hardware for 17 years. He was a United States Navy Veteran of World War II, an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed cooking for his wife.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Evelyn Nantze Wasson; sons, Kirk Wasson and Doyalene of Sherwood, Brad Wasson and Nancy of North Little Rock; daughter, Virginia Crowley and Ed of Beloit, Kansas; six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
