Bill "Dr. Pepper" Milloway age 83 of Arkadelphia died Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Twin Rivers Health and Rehabilitation. He was born April 5, 1931 in Gurdon, AR the son of Fred G. and Dosha Cox Milloway. Bill was in the beverage business for 60 years, having retired from the Coca Cola Bottling Company at age 75 due to health. Bill was a member of South Fork Baptist Church for over 50 years. He was a very kind, patient man who loved his family, friends and never met a stranger. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, an infant daughter, Janet Lynn, five brothers, Earl, Jewel, Gene, Thomas and James, two sisters, Laverne Roland and his twin sister Bobbye Smith.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Annette Gills Milloway, two sons, Marcus of Guys, TN, and Darcus of Cordova, TN, two daughters, Lea Ann Bullington of Little Rock and Karen Malcom and her husband Tommy of Curtis, three grandchildren, Nicole Brumley and husband Nick of Houston, TX, Tyler Malcom and wife Marena of Curtis and Judith Cathey of Ledbetter, KY, great granddaughter and light of his life, Paizlee Malcom and great grandson due in January 2015.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, September 5, 2014 in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the South Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
