Bill Maupin

William “Bill” Carl Maupin, 78, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away April 26, 2025. He was born November 17, 1946 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to the late Walter and Mary Lou Dean Maupin.

Bill is preceded in death by his brother, Robert “Bob” Maupin; and stepdaughter, Christi Hubbard. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Theresa Sue Maupin; sons, Jerry Estes of Memphis, Tennessee, and Cody Maupin (Melanie) of North Little Rock, Arkansas; grandchildren, Adrian Estes, Jackson Godfrey, Cayden Maupin, and Addyson Maupin; cousin, Pam Townsend; along with a host of family and friends.

Bill spent many years as an architectural engineer designing houses from Pine Bluff to North Little Rock. He went on to retire as a telephone engineer, traveling throughout the United States. Bill was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main Street) with a memorial service following at 11:00AM. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery in Pine Bluff. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bill’s name to Cedar Heights Baptist Church.
