Beverly Wood

Beverly Priest Wood, 81, of Little Rock passed away Saturday October 14, 2006. She was the widow of Farris W. Wood and was a native of Little Rock. She worked for many years as a journalist working for the Arkansas Gazette and the Associated Press, and was a co-editor of the Boone County Headlight and the Newton County Weekly. She was the women?s editor of the Arkansas Farmer. She was the information director for University of Arkansas Medical Science and retired as the executive director of Little Rock Executive Association. Beverly was a unique individual that will be missed.
