Beverly Ann Hamer, 77, of Little Rock, passed away February 15, 2010. Born November 21, 1932 in Dodge City, Kansas, the daughter of Brice Wilfred Field and Helen Lucille Gibbs Field, she was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. She was a beloved wife, wonderful mother and a loving grandmother, always thinking of others, never of herself.
She is survived by her husband, James Hamer; daughter, Debbie Dinsmore and husband, Brian of Little Rock; son, Mark Hamer and wife, Fumiko of Tokyo, Japan; brothers, Robert and Lelya Field and Gene and Helen Field, both of Hutchinson, Kansas; grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah, Rachel and Elika; and her caregiver, Theretha Jackson.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 18 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Friday, February 19 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Russ Breashears. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
