Beulah Frances (Goodwin) Hall, 79, of Benton, Arkansas passed away May 3, 2015. Beulah was born April 9, 1936 in her longtime home of Benton, AR.
Beulah is preceded in death by her husband, John Hall; parents, Delphard and Joy Goodwin; and brother, Kenneth Goodwin.
Beulah is survived by son, Scott Delwin Hall and wife, Ayano from Benton, AR; daughter, Becca Leslie and husband, Joe from Alexander, AR; sister, Shirley Hancock and husband Jearl of Gulf Port, MS; and many other family members and friends that will all miss her dearly.
Beulah was a hoot and always had a great sense of humor. She was a former hairdresser "Beauty Operator" and also worked at the old Congo Mercantile Store. She loved care giving for her family and others. She enjoyed art, writing poetry, and painting. She thought of herself as a diva and loved lace and gaudy jewelry. She always wore hats and was known as the "The Hat Lady" wherever she went. Beulah was a member of Congo Road Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 5th, 5:00 - 7:00 P.M., at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St., Benton, AR 72015.
