Betty Marie Yeaman, age 87, of Bonnerdale, a devoted wife, loving mother, doting Nina to her grandkids, and dedicated member of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle, gained her Heavenly reward on August 5, 2024. She was born on November 19, 1936, in Bloomington, Indiana, to Ernest Joseph Frye and Roxie Jane Barger-Frye. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Milton Johnnie Yeaman; her parents; and one brother, Rev. James Frye.
Betty was the epitome of a Godly woman, exemplifying faithfulness and was a prayer warrior. One of her biggest passions was floral design as the co-owner of Yeaman's Flower Cottage, where she created countless beautiful arrangements. She was an amazing pianist, often hearing a song for the first time and almost effortlessly began playing along. Betty enjoyed sharing her skills by playing the piano at church and singing. She also enjoyed sewing, cooking, reading her Bible, and was an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks. Some of her fondest memories were spent traveling the country with her beloved late husband and friends in retirement.
Betty is survived by her son, Tyler Yeaman; and daughter, Melanie (Sequoyah) Quinton; two grandchildren, Kyle Leavitt and Jennie Edwards; two step-grandchildren, Kennedy Quinton, and Carson McNutt; and great-granddaughter, Kiley Edwards.
Services to celebrate Betty’s life will be at Apostolic Faith Tabernacle officiated by Rev. Dennis Anderson, Rev. Will Culberson, and Rev. Teddy Frye on August 8, 2024 at 2:00pm with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be: Glen Ellis, Bobby Castleberry, Bobby Harris, Clinton Coleman, Derick Dupre, and Daren Swisher.
Honorary Pallbearers are: the members of Apostolic Faith Tabernacle, Dr. Hale and the staff at Hamilton West.
