Betty Tuberville-Golden
Betty L. Posey Tuberville Golden, age 76, of Sparkman, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 in Little Rock. She was born February 12, 1937 in Sparkman, to Ben and Estelle Owen Posey. She was a member of Sparkman First Baptist Church. Betty loved life, she enjoyed cooking, music and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Estelle Posey; her first husband of fifty years, Robert Shelton Tuberville; her second husband of seven years, Jack Golden; and one brother, Burl Stewart.
She is survived by two sons, Ronnie Tuberville and wife, Lisa, and Benny Tuberville; one daughter, Cheryl Kay Holloway all of Sparkman; seven grandchildren, Andrew Tuberville and wife, Sheryl of Mt. Home, Mallory Tuberville of Sparkman, Blake Holloway and wife, Melanie of Sheridan, Brooke Holloway Mathis and husband, Ron of Bauxite, Lacey Tuberville of Sparkman, Sammi Tuberville of Dumas, Ricky Brewer and wife, Josefina of Ft. Worth, TX. and fifteen great-grandchildren and soon to be expected two great -grandchildren
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, December 20th at First Baptist Church in Sparkman with Bro. Wade Totty officiating. Interment will be in Sparkman Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Russ Mann, Joel Hollingsworth, Larry Gaston, Andy Tuberville, Clark Givens and Blake Holloway.
Memorials may be made to Sparkman First Baptist Church.
