Betty Poppy, 68, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2007. She retired from Sears after 27 years.
She is survived by her mother, Zady Combs, of North Little Rock; two sons and daughters-in-law, Freddie and Susan Poppy, of Sherwood and Jerry and Teva Poppy, of Lonoke; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Louis Simpson, of Jacksonville; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters and one brother. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Harland Combs.
Memorials may be made to Baptist Hospice, 11900 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72210.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Union Valley Cemetery at Coy, Arkansas.
