Betty Oglesby
Betty Ann Oglesby, 73 of Little Rock passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011. She was born on September 1, 1937 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Betty was a former manager for Dollar General and Motel Six, and will be remembered by her family for her love for arts and crafts, and collecting numerous items.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters Mable Ward and Jeanie Cossey, and two great- grandchildren Waylon and Lillian Still.
Survivors include her husband Earl Oglesby of Little Rock; daughters Dianne Phillips and husband Gordan of Sardis; Kenya Taber of Bryant; three sisters Shirley Graves, Freda Jarvis, Sue Dice; fourteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren; and daughters Beverly Lackey and husband Mark, and Marie Huie and husband Scott.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 29, 2011 at Pinecrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Alexander.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Huson Funeral Home in Little Rock.
