Betty Leavell

Betty Leavell, 71, of Beebe passed away Friday August 5, 2011. She was born on April 8, 1940 to Gladys and Edgar Hill of Monticello. She was married to Lonnie Leavell of Beebe for fifty two years.

For seven years, Betty and Lonnie owned The Jean Joint in Monticello. She worked as a book keeper for Davis Feed and Seed. Betty was involved with the Monticello Riding Club and employed by the Drew County Livestock Auction. She worked for B.J. Pierce Lumber Company in Searcy and nineteen years for Adesa Auto Auction.

Betty is survived by her Mother, Gladys; Husband, Lonnie; Sons, Lannie (Terri) Leavell of Beebe, Todd (Sue) Leavell of Greenbrier; Daughters, Lori Leavell of Searcy,
and Jodi (Jack) Warner of Conway; grandchildren, Lanni (Eric) Campbell, Labray (Jay) Merkel, Jeff, Josh, Jordan, Kace, John Adam, Brannah, Hunter, and Gage;great- grandchildren, Piper, Paxton, Noah, Ella, and Brooks.

Betty is preceded in death by her father, brother and sister in law, Bobby and Rita Hill.
