Betty Laura June Harding, 76, of Roland went to be with her Lord Sunday, May 9, 2010. She was born June 4, 1933 in Eufaula, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Charles and Oma Henry Clark. She was a member of Monnie Springs Assembly of God Church. Prior to being a member of Monnie Springs Assembly of God she was a church secretary and Sunday school teacher and loved serving her church and community. Betty was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, John Lee Harding, of Roland; two daughters, Judy Perdue and husband, Larry, of Maumelle and Patricia Fournier and husband Jerry, of Roland; son, John Harding and wife Nikki, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; brother, Donald Clark, of Virginia Beach, Virginia; sister, Billie Austin, of Arroyo Grande, California; grandchildren, John Perdue, Kara White, Karman Hunt, Tonya McDaniel, Justin Fournier, Laura Harding, Nathan Harding and Amelia Harding; and great-grandchildren, Hannah Hunt, Reese Hunt, Demi McDaniel, Dale McDaniel, Kensley White, Samuel White and Shelby White.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Peggy Lenielle Harding; sisters, Ethel Dover, Dortha Grider and Polly Benge; and her brother, Grady Clark.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday at Monnie Springs Assembly of God. Burial will be in Rainey Cemetery in Roland. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
