Betty Greer
Jean Greer, 86, of Little Rock, passed away April 28, 2013. She was born in Columbus, Kansas to Walter and Tenna Mays Darnell and was a member of the First Christian Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jack Greer, and daughter, Kay Martin, she is survived by her granddaughters, Lori Melton (Steve) of Hernando, Mississippi and Katie Martin of Las Vegas, Nevada; great-grandson, Sam Melton, also of Hernando; and a host of other relatives and friends. To the strongest woman we know...your love, laughter and memories will stay with us forever.
The family wishes to thank the staff of the Nursing and Rehab Center at Good Shepherd for their loving care.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 3 at 1:00 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Park, officiated by Dr. Bob Dunaway. Following the service, a reception will be held at the Mane Event Beauty Shop, 5310 Mabelvale Pike, Little Rock, 72209.
