Betty Jane Crouch, 85, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, May 19, 2023. She was born to LV Coburn and Odessa Corbell Coburn on September 1, 1937 in Mineral Springs, Arkansas. She was the oldest of the 2 siblings. Betty grew up in Nashville, Arkansas and eventually moved to Camden, Arkansas where she would become a graduate of Camden High School, Class of 1955. The next year, she met the love of her life, John Crouch, on a blind date while in Nursing School in Little Rock. Nearly 3 months later, they would marry on June 1, 1956 in Camden and would begin their new life together in North Little Rock. Betty was a phenomenal decorator and was a voracious reader her entire life. She would make all of her children's clothing growing up. She cherished being a homemaker, taking care of her husband and children, all while supporting the family business. Upon John's retirement, they traveled the world together. They had been to all 50 states, sailed through the Panama Canal, traveled all over Europe and Canada. They were married 57 years before his passing in 2014. She was a proud member of Immaculate Conception in North Little Rock and was a prior longtime member of St. Edwards Catholic Church in Little Rock. 
 
Betty is survived by her son Greg Crouch (Helen) of Lee's Summit, Mo; daughters Kimberly Westbrook of Conway and Elizabeth Glenn of Fayetteville; 7 grandchildren Joshua Crouch (Vanessa) of Lee's Summit, Mo, Arron Crouch (Mandy) of Fayetteville, Amber Westbrook of Conway, Jessica Crouch (Jameson) of Kansas City, MO, Rachel Glenn (Alex) of Conway, Cosmo Crouch of Kansas City, MO, Cameron Glenn of Conway; 5 great-grandchildren Jacy, Olivia, Aurora, Jasmine, Avery; one sister Deloris O'Neal of Dallas, Texas; one sister-in law, Ellen Adams (Joe) of Sherwood; and an extended host of family and friends who will miss her dearly. 
 
Betty is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, John Crouch, Sr.; her oldest child John Crouch, Jr., her parents LV Coburn, Odessa Corbell Coburn Bevill, and JC Bevill; and 1 sister Paula Bevill. 
 
Rosary is scheduled for Tuesday, May 23 at 4:00 PM in the Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel with visitation to follow at 4:30 PM. A funeral Mass for Betty will be held at Immaculate Conception in North Little Rock on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be held at Edgewood Cemetery directly after Mass.
