Betty Colbert

Betty Sue Colbert, 84, of Beebe, Arkansas went to be with the Lord December 30, 2018.  She was born November 8, 1934 to the late Steven “Bun” and Ruth Price in McRae, Arkansas.

Betty loved to quilt, crochet and work puzzles.  She was an excellent cook, and always had a beautiful vegetable garden.  She was a devoted wife to Les Colbert for sixty-one years.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband, and two brothers, Jimmy and Wayne Price.

Betty is survived by her three sons, Steve (Anita) Colbert, Tony (Beth) Colbert and Dennis (Susie) Colbert; nine grandchildren, Holley, Justin, Leslie, Cassidy, Ben, Brenley, Brendan, Gavin and Landan; sister Naomi Hart; brother Dave Price; sisters-in-law Mary Price and Gloria Peel, as well as many other family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Beebe Church of Christ, followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be in Weir Cemetery.  Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home. www.smithfamilycares.com
