Betty Bergagnini

January 30, 1935 — January 5, 2025

Benton

Betty Bergagnini, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2025, at the age of 89. Born on January 30, 1935, Betty dedicated much of her life to her family and her career, serving as the office administrator at Granite Mountain Quarry for many years.

Betty was known for her keen eye for treasures, often spending her leisure time going to estate sales and garage sales. She cherished shopping and operated a booth at Finer Things in Benton, which reflected her vibrant personality and passion for finding unique items. Alongside her husband Fran, Betty was an active member of the Dixie Car Club, where they forged many lasting friendships over their shared love for automobiles.

One of Betty's proudest accomplishments was her devotion to her children. She made it a priority to nurture and support them throughout their formative years, taking them to horse shows and creating cherished family memories. Betty is survived by her loving children: Randy, Karen, Sheri, and Kent, all of whom will forever hold dear their memories of their mother's unwavering love and support.

Betty also leaves behind her cherished grandchild, Leslie, and her great-grandchildren, Olivia June and Ellis, who brought her immense joy. In addition to her immediate family, she is mourned by a host of extended family and friends who loved her dearly and will miss her always.

Betty was predeceased by her first husband, Herman Leslie "H.L." Milam; her second husband, Fran Bergagnini, and her mother, Eula Mae Stewart.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on January 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM  at Smith Family Funeral Home Benton, located at 322 N Market Street, Benton, AR 72015.

Betty Bergagnini will be remembered not only for her kindness and enthusiasm for life but also for the deep love she showed to her family and friends. Her spirit will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
