Bessie Ward

Bessie June Ward, 87, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014. She was of the Baptist faith, had a great sense of humor and loved telling jokes. She loved her family and had many friends.
She is survived by her son, Charles Hightower, of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Anna, Joseph and Emily; daughter-in-law, Sandra Ward, of North Little Rock; nieces, Belinda Brolo (Marco), Gwen Ann Turpin (Dwight), Diann Garner and Tina Stachmus (Roger); nephew, Tommy Garner; great nieces, Jordon (Luke) King, Shelby Turpin; great-great-niece, Georgia Grace King; great nephews, Justin Albright and Zach and Mark Turpin and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, P.A. Ward; two sons, Perry Ward, Jr. and John Ward; and three sisters, Imogene Coker, Margie Flemister and Adavee Garner.
