Bessie French

Bessie R. French, 82, of Little Rock, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2008. She was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, retired from ATT after 30 years and belonged to the Little Rock Departmental Club. She was a very kind and compassionate woman, giving of herself to her family and those in need.
She is survived by her loving companion, Walter Baltz; son, Larry C. Graham (Lori) of Little Rock; daughter, Peggy Holland (Rick) of Eatonton, Georgia; three brothers, James Edward Reaves (Nell) of Warrior, Alabama, Wylie Reaves (Sue) of Hartselle, Alabama and Gerald Reaves (Glenda) of Ft. Mitchell, Alabama; sister, Betty Beaucham (Bob) of Fayetteville, Georgia; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Wilbur French and Charles B. Graham and a brother, Melvin Reaves.
There will be a Memorial Service at Second Presbyterian Church on Sunday, May 4 at 4:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Karen Akin. Memorials may be made to the Little Rock Departmental Club, c/o Ethel Curry, 533 Valley Club Circle, Little Rock, AR 72211.
