Berta "Cissie" Hall, 69, of Beebe, died on Saturday, July 31, 2010. She was born in Dewitt, Arkansas in 1941 to the late Hap and Flo Hazzard. She was a lifelong Methodist. Cissie was a devoted teacher for over thirty-two years. She loved reading and doing crossword puzzles, but her favorite past time was spoiling her grandchildren.

Cissie is survived by her husband of fifty years, Darrel Hall of Beebe; two children, Wendy Spakes and Jay Hall and his wife, Leigh, all of Beebe; four grandchildren, Charlie Spakes, Hunter Spakes, Taylor Weatherly, Jaycee Hall; one brother, Dr. M.P. (Barbara) Hazzard, of Paragould; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Westbrook Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church in Beebe. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 247, Beebe, Arkansas 72012, your church, or the charity of your choice.
