Bernard Eugene Popso

Bernard Popso, age 69, of Nashville, formerly of New Jersey, died Wednesday, November 30, 2011. He was born on February 12, 1942, at Tresckow, Pennsylvania, the son of Joseph Anthony and Helen Popso. He was preceded in death by his parents and his step-daughter, Catherine Michelle Buck. He was of the Catholic faith and was retired from Charlie's Thriftway in Nashville after 15 years. He is survived by his wife, Gladys Cowan Popso of Nashville; three sons, Bernie Popso, Jr., Billy Popso and Benjamin Popso, all of New Jersey; one step-son; two step-daughters; fourteen grandchildren; four brothers, Gabriel Popso, Richard Popso, Joe Popso and Raymond Popso, all of New Jersey; one sister, Theresa Hewett of New Jersey; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
