Bennie Sue Raines Markham-O'Neal

Bennie Sue Raines Markham-O'Neal, age 88, of Texarkana, formerly of Amity, passed away, Tuesday, November 24, 2015. She was born on December 10, 1926 at Amity, the daughter of Bonnie Barrett "Bunt" Raines and Nicey Theolia Burke Raines. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Ira Markham and Aubrey O'Neal; her daughter, Patsy Markham; her son-in-law, Otha Ray Cutchall; and three brothers, Horace Raines, Johnny Raines and Harold Raines. Bennie Sue enjoyed traveling, fishing and she loved to cook. She is survived by three daughters, Sue Cutchall of Garland, Joyce Nolte of Genoa and Nancy Myers and her husband John, of Mena; one son, Joe O'Neal and his wife Angela, of Dallas, Texas; twelve grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
