Belinda Kay Swearingen, 67, of Hollywood Arkansas, departed this life and entered her Heavenly home on Tuesday April 30th. She was born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to the late Aldena and Wilburn Bell on August 29, 1951. After graduating from Arkadelphia High School in 1969, she then received her degree in Education from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. She was a loved and cherished teacher to her students and colleagues at East Chambers Elementary in Winnie, Texas for many years. She is survived by her husband Gene Swearingen of Arkadelphia; her children James (Mandy) Stevenson of Lumberton, Texas and John (Jessica) Stevenson of League City, Texas; grandsons Jes and Jax Stevenson; brothers Andy (Pam) Bell of Bismarck and Wibby (Brenda) Bell of Hot Springs. She is also survived by Jeff (Lynn) Swearingen and Steven (Nicole) Swearingen. A celebration of life for Belinda will be held on May 3 at 3 p.m. at Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia, Arkansas
