Bartis Olice "Bart" Pruitt, 76, of Little Rock, Arkansas, was born February 22, 1938, at Antioch, Arkansas, and he died Sunday, August 10, 2014.
He is survived by his wife, Ellen Pruitt; daughters Caroline Schaefer and Angela Pruitt; grandson Nicholas Schaefer; mother Lillian Pruitt; brothers Dewey Pruitt (Barbara) and Charles Pruitt (Jane); sister Jean Mulholland (Walt); and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father, J. C. Pruitt, sister Sheila Bullock Pruitt, brother Ronnie Pruitt, and nephew Jimmy Bearry.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2014, at Antioch Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home.
