Barbara Mavity, 76, of Beebe passed away November 2, 2018. She was born on September 2, 1942, in Lonoke Co., to Clay and Edna Thomason and was a lifelong member of Wattensaw Baptist Church. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Sherrill and Larry Thomason; sister Mary Gail Calhoun; granddaughter Jessica Macias; and husbands, Bob Miller and Lonnie Mavity.
She is survived by children, Carmen Macias of Lakeland, Fl., and Greg Hutchins (Cindy) of Austin, Arkansas; grandchildren, Matthew Macias of Ann Arbor, Michigan and Dani Hutchins of Austin, Arkansas; siblings Norris Gene Thomason (Sharon) of Ozark, Arkansas and Kay Jester of Gravel Ridge, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wattensaw Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday November 10, 2018, at Wattensaw Baptist Church with visitation following the service. Cremation arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. www.smithfamilycares.com
