Barbara Davis

Barbara J. Davis, 76, of Greenbrier, Arkansas passed away July 5, 2015. She was born August 10, 1938 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to the late Amos and Mable Calaway Reid. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents, husband-John Wayne Davis, brother-Kenneth Cagle, and sister-Betty Kramers. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Davis enjoyed reading, going to the Casinos, feeding and caring for her ducks. She enjoyed her grandchildren and was also a big Cardinal fan. Mrs. Davis is survived by one son, William (Bill) Davis; two daughters, Pamela Biltmore and husband, Robert, Melissa (Lisa) Gardner and husband, Frankie; one sister, Bobbie Beliew; eight grandchildren, Miles Davis, Hayden Davis, Jennifer Dinwiddie, Sally Davis, Dallas Noble, Racheal McAfee and husband Derek, Travis Gardner and Clint Gardner; 3 great-grandchildren and many friends and extended family. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 9, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Griffin-Leggett Conway. Funeral service will be Friday, July 10th at 10:00 AM at Griffin-Leggett Rest Hills Chapel with Bro. Benny Foster officiating. Pallbearers will be Travis Gardner, Clint Gardner, Derek McAfee, Mason Gardner, James Santos and Dwayne Ivy. Honorary Pallbearers will be Billy Gardner, Melvin Ivy and Mark Webb.
