Barbara Ann Bennett

Barbara A. Bennett, 82, of Bryant passed away August 27, 2022. She was born in Little Rock, AR on July 21, 1940, to Joe and Gertrude Pitcock. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Karon Brubaker.

Barbara enjoyed spending time with her family and singing in the choir at church. She had such an amazing sense of humor. She was best known for her homemade cinnamon rolls.

She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Runnells of Mabelvale; two sons, Brian and Bruce Sweeney both of Bryant; grandchildren, Crystal Brewer (Robert) of Fifty Six, AR, Byron Sweeney of Conway, Cathryn Collins (Caleb) of Conway, Paige Boles (Jesse) of San Diego, CA, Taylor Harris (Kellie) of Haskell; great-grandchildren, Ethyn, Caleb, Isabella, Jerita, Cadence, Alanna, Haley, Aurora and Emery; and a niece, Lara Brubaker Fergusson of New Zealand.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. Little Rock. Service will be 2:00pm Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ten Mile Cemetery, Ira Williams Rd. in Lonsdale, AR.
