Avis Mueller
Avis Mueller, 75, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away Friday, May 9, 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Mueller, of Hawaii; son, James and wife Connie of Sherwood; three grandsons, Kris Joseph, Michael Mueller, and Joshua Mueller; granddaughter, Jamie Mueller; five brothers, Robert, Jean, Richard, Jimmy, and Jackie Dean; and three sisters, Georgia Ray, Opal and Lorraine.
Avis spent much of her life in California where she was employed as an Administrative Assistant III at the University of California in Riverside. Avis enjoyed being outdoors with family and friends and was close to all that knew her. In 2002 Avis relocated to Sherwood, Arkansas to be close to her son and his family. Avis was a faithful member of the First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock, where she was baptized in Jesus Name and filled with the Holy Ghost. Her remains will be sprinkled in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, a place that was very close to her heart.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice, 5600 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204.
