Audrey Haynes

Audrey Nadine Haynes of Hensley, Arkansas passed away January 27, 2021.  She was born June 20, 1926 in Redfield, Arkansas to the late Tom and Della Lawhon.  She was homemaker and retired from Teletype Corporation.

Audrey was a member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church where she served her church in various capacities.  She was very active in East End School where she volunteered her service when needed.  She was a life-long member of the Parent Teacher Association.

Audrey was a loving wife, mother and maw maw.  She had a passion for making others feel loved.  She always put other people first during the time she spent on this earth.

Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Everett “Sam” Haynes; her parents, Tom and Della Lawhon, and her siblings.

She is survived by her children:  Ivy (Robert) Panzer, Sammie (Mike) Tygart, Beverly (John) Reynolds and Joan (Keith) Blocker; sixteen grandchildren:  Christy Warner, Wayne (Kelly)Bonner, Patrick (Mary) Bonner, Michael (Erin) Tygart, Josh (Belinda) Tygart, David (Chastity) Reynolds, Jodi Roark, Paige (Matt) Noles, and Lindsey (Jake) Stacy; seventeen great-grandchildren:  Angela, Sydney, Landon, Caitlin, Connor, Hudson, Kylie, Brady, Melodie, Evan, Owen, Addison, Reid, Reese, Cooper, Henry and Jillian.

Pallbearers will be grandsons:  Wayne, Patrick, David, Michael, Josh, Matt and Jake.  Honorary Pallbearers will be great-grandsons:  Landon, Conner, Brady, Evan, Owen, Addison, Reid, Cooper, Hudson and Henry.

The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to East Union Missionary Baptist Church or  Arkansas Alzheimer’s Association.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM, followed by the funeral at 1:00 PM, Monday, February 1, 2021 at East Union Missionary Baptist Church .  Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery.
