Arthur F. Surrett, 79, of Romance, Arkansas, was born January 26, 1930, at Carlisle, Arkansas, to Arthur Farris and Mary Buffalo Surrett, and passed away March 18, 2009. He attended First Assembly of God in Beebe, Arkansas.
Arthur is preceded in death by his parents; five brothers, Hugh, John Edward, Robert Harold, Billy and Homer; two sisters, Louise and Elizabeth.
He is survived by his wife of fifty two years, Marion Hannaford Surrett; one daughter, Linda Dhar and husband, Nabir Kumar; two grandchildren, Ravi Kumar and Rishi Raj, all from Herndon, Virginia; two brothers, Willard Surrett of Florida, and Ronny Surrett of North Little Rock; and a host of family and friends.
Burial will be in Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock, Michigan. www.westbrookfuneralhome.com
