Arlen "Wayne" Winn, 84, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, April 7, 2016. He was born July 24, 1931 in Paragould, Arkansas to Clines and Verna Winn. He was a member of the North Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police. Wayne was a retired Captain with the North Little Rock Police Department.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda Wilson; his grandson, Jason; his nephew, Bill Winn (Risa); and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty two years, Jeanette Winn; parents; son, Larry Wayne Winn; and brother, Bill Winn.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 201 Markham Center Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 12 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street. Burial will follow in Edgewood Memorial Park.
