Argies J. "Red" Kelley of North Little Rock, who was born May 27, 1935, left this world January 7, 2011 at the age of 75.
He was retired from Union Pacific Railroad (formerly Mo. Pack) after working for 30 years, Red was well known and liked by many friends after working there so long in so many places, he did his best to help to help anyone, including one of his best friends Carl Smith of Little Rock.
Red loved horses, hunting, and spending time in his vegetable garden.
Survivors include his wife Edna Hicks Kelley; step-son Sunny Hicks; grandchildren Whitney & Joe Kohn of Huntsville, AL; and Scott Hicks of North Little Rock; a great grandchild Zedy; a sister Jennie Doen of Little Rock; brothers John Kelley of Batesville and Franklin Kelley of Dallas.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Sherwood, the graveside will take place at 1:00 p.m. at Sitella Cemetery off of Hwy 80.
