Anthony John Malchaski

Anthony John Malchaski, 73, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025, leaving a legacy of love, dedication, and faith.

For over 40 years, Tony built a respected career with Union Pacific Railroad, known for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment. Outside of work, he found joy in the outdoors, especially in hunting and fishing, pastimes that brought him both peace and fulfillment.

A proud graduate of Catholic High School for Boys, Tony was a man of deep faith. He was a devout member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in the Marche community of North Little Rock, where he took immense pride in maintaining the church grounds, ensuring they remained a place of beauty and reflection for all who visited.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Connie Gubanski Malchaski of Marche.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Marsha Lewis Malchaski, whose unwavering love and support were his greatest comfort. He also leaves behind his children by love, Scott and Christie Dumboski of Conway, and Brandon and Nicole Akridge of Bigelow. His cherished grandchildren; Owen Echols & Kaitlyn Bailey, Kati Dumboski & Nate Harrison, Brooke Dumboski; Caroline, Anna Claire, & Addison Akridge; and Guy Echols & Savannah Harp were his greatest source of pride and joy.

Tony is also survived by his loving siblings: Joan (Johnnie) of Bigelow, Steve (Carolyn) of Marche, Wanda (Robert) of Cabot, and Chris Malchaski of Marche, along with many other dear family members and close friends.

Tony will be remembered for his kindness, devotion, and the love he shared with all who knew him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
