Anthony Dwight Vaughn, age 23, of Dierks, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022.

He was born on June 29, 1998, in Texarkana, Texas. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Max Vaughn; his paternal great-grandparents, Elbert and Irene Vaughn, Norma Baker, Christine Hamadene and George Lugar; his maternal great-grandparents, Gail Finn and Robert Gordon Westfall.

Anthony was a fun-loving, happy-go-lucky, practical joker who will forever be remembered for his outgoing personality, unforgettable smile and his own special way of keeping everyone around him in non-stop laughter. He was a great friend to have, always ready and willing to help anyone who was in need. Above all, Anthony had a huge heart, full of love for his family and friends. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his parents, Max Davis and Barbara Jones of Dierks; his brothers, Max Dwight Vaughn, III of Dierks and Dustin Ray Westfall of Fayetteville; his sister, Jessica Lynne Davis of Nashville; his paternal grandmother, Frances Christine Wilson of Fort Worth, Texas; his maternal grandparents, Dale Gordon and Vernia Faye Westfall of Fort Smith; his paternal uncles and their spouses, Gary and Jennifer Davis of Fort Worth, Texas and Donnie and Debbie Vaughn of Newhope; his paternal aunts and their spouses, Angela and Onie Finley and Christie and Michael Parker all of Fort Worth, Texas and Dana and Eddie Arnold of Dierks; his maternal aunts, Melinda Reeves and her husband, Steve of Van Buren and Carrie Ann Westfall of Fort Smith; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 19, 2022, in the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood with Bro. Scott Vaughn officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be his best friends, Mason Foreman and Desmond Pinson.
