Anna Helen Shock-Duke-Permenter

Anna Helen Shock-Duke-Permenter, 80, of Little Rock passed away August 13, 2024. She was born October 4, 1943, to W.C. “Pink” and Villa Turley.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Permenter; parents; 2 brothers, Charles Turley, Jimmie Turley; and one sister, Norma Jean Black.

Anna Helen is survived by her children, Paulette Knox (Robert) of Little Rock, Leslie Wiley (Dale) of Benton, Rusty Shock of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dina Tarkington (Marcus) of Benton; grandchildren, Taylor Knox, Madison Knox, Andrew Tarkington, Macy Tarkington, Morgan Tarkington, Jordan Wiley; and a host of many extended family and friends.

The family would like to extend a big thank you to Mrs. Julia for her friendship with Anna Helen during her stay at Amberwood.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Gentiva Hospice in her honor.

Memorial services will be held Friday, August 16, 2024, beginning at 10:30 AM at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Court, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
