Ann Watts, 89, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, January 04, 2017. She was born March 12, 1927 in Carthage, Arkansas to William and Amy Key Williams. She was active in various civic organizations including the PTA, Girl Scouts of America and Pearl Harbor Survivors Association with her husband; as well as a long standing member of Lakeside Country Club. She was active in several churches throughout her life where she supervised preparing and serving meals for the congregation of Forest Highlands Baptist Church. Ann was a founding member of Grace Connection Church, Little Rock. She also enjoyed bowling, traveling and singing in the Central Baptist Church Choir. She was generous in giving to many charitable organizations. She was a business owner with H.T. Watts Chemical Manufacturing Company from 1958 to 2008.

She is survived by her children, Linda Birtcher (Jim), Janet Edgar (Rick) and Pamela Francis (Chris); grandchildren, Dustin, Nick, Miranda, Jill, Candice and Brandon; five great-grandchildren; sister, Amy Wallace and other extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harry Thomas Watts and five siblings.

Memorials may be made to Bayou Meto Baptist Church, 26200 Highway 107, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076.

Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 9th at Bayou Meto Baptist Church. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, January 8th at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home.
