Ann Schell age 85, of Curtis died Tuesday, June 12, 2007 in Arkadelphia. She was born January 14, 1922 in Piedmont, Missouri, the daughter of the late C. H. and Hazel Ann Montgomery. Mrs. Schell attended Curtis First Baptist Church, enjoyed quilting and farmed a commercial crop for many years. Her husband, Ed Schell preceded her in death.
Survivors include one son, Art Singleton of Maunie, Illinois; one daughter, Hazel Ann Adams of Texas; one brother, Jack Montgomery of Sun City, Arizona; one sister, Letha Hays of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Friday, June 15, 2007 at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Donnie Lewis officiating. Interment will be in Harts Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rick Tucker, Josh Tucker, Greg Arnold, Tommy Arnold, Billy Benson, Chris Sparks and Kenny Reynolds. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
