Ann B. Ridings, 87, of Little Rock, passed away April 7, 2015. Born in Little Rock to Edward and Hazel Mabrey Hogshead, she retired from AT&T as a placement analyst. She was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 60 years, Roy Benjamin Ridings, Sr., sister, Irene Smith and a brother, Fred Hogshead, she is survived by her son, Roy B. Ridings, Jr. (Keena) of Little Rock; daughters, Rosanna Ridings (Roger) of Boulder, Colorado, and Linda Miller (Jerry) of Austin, Arkansas; brother, W. R. Blakeney, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia; sisters, Nell Marie Fluharty and Nora Rhea, both of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Nathan Miller, Lauren Miller, and Ben Ridings (Allison); and great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Lainey and Charlie Ridings.
Services will be held on Friday, April 10 at 1:30 p.m. at Woodlawn Baptist Church in Little Rock, officiated by Rev. Mitch Tapson. Visitation will be in the church sanctuary prior to the service, beginning at 12:30. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Presbyterian Village, 510 Brookside Dr., Little Rock, AR 72205.
