Ann Pfleegor

We lost our greatest champion on April 22, 2021; our mother, Ann Pfleegor.  Born 91 years ago in Ferndale, Michigan to A.P. and Alberta Cardwell, who predeceased her, along with her brother, Jr., our father, C.L. Pfleegor, her son, Scott Pfleegor, and bonus grandson, Beau Spring.

Mom is survived by her older sister, Dorothy Churchill of Jackson, Michigan; her children, Jess and Mary Pfleegor of Maui, Hawaii, Mike and Joyce Pfleegor of Madisonville, LA, Becky and Bob Ragsdale of North Little Rock; Grandsons: Isaac and Kristina Pfleegor and their children, Kai and Koa of Spokane, Washington, Edmund Pfleegor of Pennsylvania, Daniel Nimmo of St. Louis, Michael Nimmo of North Little Rock, Joseph and Rosie Ragsdale and children: James and Katie of Eugene, Oregon, Sam Ragsdale of Bloomington, Indiana; Michigan nieces and nephews: Jim, Brian, Sandy, Heather, and Susan along with their families, as well as her bonus daughters, Laura Bushman and Andrea Baker; and Mother’s many friends.

Mother did not want a service, but instead asked that you take the time to engage with one another, listen to a child, read a book, plant a tree, listen to her favorite song, “Easy Like Sunday Morning” and when you commune with God and nature to please, think of her fondly.

As we always will, Mom…you were a joy.
