Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles E. Berry, daughter Vicki Potts
Ann is survived by her children Teresa Gore (Kerry), Alan Berry, Kelley Berry; grandchildren Amber Crace, Brandon Dykes,Sara Potts, Natalie Potts, Courtney Berry, Brooke Tyner, Paige Tyner, Gracelynn Phillips; and eight great grand children.
